The domain name is csreviewsupport.com. The website says this site has a medium risk of being a scam site.
The return address on the postcard is in California.
While it does exist, it's a shoe warehouse. It shows no affiliation with Amazon.
Amazon does have a legitimate product testing program called Amazon Vine, but it's by invitation only.
