One thing that is for sure, September 2020 will be nothing like September 2019.
Last year was not only the hottest September ever in Louisville, it was the driest month in the city's history with only 0.04" of rain. The flash drought caused a lot of damage and stress to the vegetation.
Louisville had 22 days in the 90's during September 2019 which was a record.
The weather will be much cooler during September this year and it is already much wetter.
The first 58 hours of this month have had 72 times as much rain than fell for all of September 2019.
