The bishop of the Diocese of Little Rock, Arkansas, announced changes to the Eucharist service at Catholic churches in the state.Priests will no longer distribute wine during Eucharist, and reception of the Eucharist will be in the hand instead of on the tongue in most instances.People will no longer hold hands during the Lord's Prayer, and they will bow instead of shaking hands during the Sign of Peace.These changes are temporary, Bishop Anthony B. Taylor wrote in a letter to the people of the diocese."As we all know, the coronavirus seems to be becoming a worldwide threat for which there is no vaccination or cure available," Taylor wrote.
