Kentucky's governor and public health commissioner held a joint press conference in Frankfort Thursday, to urge people not to panic as more cases of the coronavirus were confirmed in the U.S.So far, Kentucky has tested, or is in the process of testing, seven people. We will overcome this challenge, as we have so many challenges before," Dr. =Stack said, adding, "The public needs to know that while the disease has spread the average risk to Kentuckians remains very low at this time and we're working very hard to keep it as low as we can."
