The world's largest biscuits and gravy competition is helping a local nonprofit carry out its mission.The 11th annual Gravy Cup is happening Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Mellwood Art Center.All proceeds benefit the children at Boys & Girls Haven.More than 30 amateur and professional chefs will present their best gravy recipes to a panel of judges for a chance to win the grand champion title.Attendees will get to try them all and then vote for their favorite to win the People's Choice Award.The event is from 9 a.m. to noon.
