Jamarcus Glover, main target of Breonna Taylor raid, avoids jail time on 3 cases
The man who was the target of the drug investigation that led to the deadly raid at Breonna Taylor's apartment will avoid jailtime after agreeing to a plea deal.
During a hearing Tuesday, a judge sentenced Jamarcus Glover, Taylor's ex-boyfriend, in connection with four separate drug cases. He pleaded guilty to a number of charges.
Glover was sentenced on three of the cases during Tuesday's hearing. He will serve 120 days on house arrest and five years on probation.

Glover was one of the main targets of the Louisville Metro Police Department's drug investigation that resulted in the raid at Taylor's west Louisville apartment in March 2020. At the time, she was home with her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, who fired off a shot.
Glover is also set to be sentenced in another drug case this week, where he's expected to get an additional year of probation.

If approved, he could serve his probation in Mississippi.
Police had alleged in their warrant that Glover was receiving drug packages at Taylor's home, but no drugs or cash were found in Taylor's home the night of the raid. The Louisville police detective who wrote the warrant was later fired.
