A Louisville high school track and field athlete is dominating with her leaping skills.Natalie Svidal is a junior at Walden School in St. Matthews.She's a 2024 1A state champion in three events, winning the hurdles, long jump, and triple jump. She pulled off the trifecta in the 1A Indoor State Championship as well this year.She won all three events at the 2025 1A regionals, and now she's going to be going for that accomplishment again at the 2025 1A State Championship at the University of Kentucky on Thursday.She competed with her older sister, Amelia, for years. Amelia is a triple jumper at Bellarmine University now. She now helps her sister train while their mother, Chris, coaches her at Walden.
