A man was shot to death in the Park Duvalle neighborhood early Tuesday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.Just after midnight, LMPD Second Division officers responded to a shooting in the 3500 block of Bells Lane. When they got there, police found 51-year-old Lapriest Maddox with a gunshot wound outside a home.Emergency Medical Services and Louisville Fire were called to the scene, and Maddox was pronounced dead. LMPD Homicide is investigating.Detectives are working to learn what led up to the shooting and what a motive could be.
