Man shot near Dairy Kastle dies at hospital 3 weeks later
The man shot near Dairy Kastle last month has died from his injuries, according to Louisville Metro Police.
The shooting happened March 30 just before 5:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Eastern Parkway. That's in the Saint Joseph neighborhood.
When police arrived they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to UofL Hospital where medical professionals said he was in "critical condition."
LMPD Homicide learned Saturday, April 20, that the victim had died.
They will now be handling the investigation.
The victim's name and age have not been released at this time.
Police say a suspect in the shooting ran away from the scene, passing a White Castle in the area.
No arrests have been made.
