8) My greatest strength is my passion towards work as I always treat my job as a leisurely walk in the park where I always thought of all the good ideas that I need to inject to my daily routines so as to make work more interesting and satisfying. In this way I am not just achieving my goals on a positive note but also enjoying my life as well since I do know that whatever problems come or crossing the way towards the goal will be dealt with enthusiasm and utmost care to turn it as opportunities to grow rather than consider them stumbling blocks in reaching the goals. Well, there is nothing as perfect as it could be even for a well planned and well thought projects still there will be troubles to deal with but these troubles should make the work more intense and the people closer to each other therefore when the goal is achieved it is a lot more sweeter.

4) Five or ten years from today is a long time, but at the same time I know that it can go by quickly. The most important requirement that I have is that I join a firm that I can still be within five or ten years, which is why I am here today. I hope to continue to grow, develop within the department and team, and move forward within my responsibilities, taking on more escalated issues and projects as time progresses. I am not concerned about job titles; I am more interested in being with the same company, just in a more advanced role.

2) Yes, I have two things in my life where I get inspired everyday. One is people around me and my mistakes. Usually I see what do people do and achieved in their in life who are there around me. I very much inspired by them. When some one did the great thing, same time itself I decide to achieve something like what I saw in that person. And second is my mistakes, I learn many things from my mistakes, when I understand my mistakes, at that time only, I take oath not to the same mistake again.
