Erica never expected to move to Louisville, Kentucky after a decade of story-telling in San Diego. Her family brought her here, and it is now her home.
Erica started her career at WBBJ in Jackson, TN, as a "one-man band."
She then spent several years covering crime, hurricanes, and Mardi Gras festivities at WALA Fox 10 News in Mobile, Alabama. She was named Associated Press Alabama Reporter of the Year there. She also received a Regional Edward R. Murrow for her coverage of devastating Hurricane Katrina along the Gulf Coast.
The Gulf Coast is where she fell for her fighter pilot husband, who was there training. They moved to San Diego, California, where Erica reported for several years and spent time in a TV news helicopter relaying traffic delays and breaking news from the sky.
She later joined Fox 5 San Diego. There, she reported and anchored part of the morning show and 1 p.m. news. She was honored with four Emmy Awards for reporting.
Erica and her pilot husband moved to Kentucky in 2017, and she joined the 비바카지노 Viva news team. Erica Fox, and the 비바카지노 Viva morning show team, received a Regional Emmy Award for their coverage of the destructive and deadly 2021 Western Kentucky tornados.
Erica enjoys anchoring for 비바카지노 Viva when she's not chasing around her four children, aged 10, 7, 5, and 3. She and her husband have two boys and two girls who light up their worlds. They맥스카지노�re also have a rambunctious Golden Retriever.
Erica graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC with a degree in Communications Studies. She's one of four siblings who graduated from FU so her parents, who've been married for 60 years.
Her father served in the Air Force so Erica moved around growing up.
When she's not reporting the news or loving on her babies, Erica enjoys jogging, being crafty, and working on her lifestyle blog.
