¡¤ National economic development and decentralization is a trend being promoted in 21st century. So preservation and development should go in parallel and in harmony considering local features designed to demonstrate diverse functions of forests.
¡¤ Our future administration of inter-mountain area, while responding to inevitable requirements of multi-uses of traffic, industrial, housing and leisure purposes right from inter-mountain areas in place, should be oriented to environmental friendly approach, averting random exploitation of the area in place.
¡¤ Inter-mountain area policy in effect is purposed to contribute to national territorial integrity and development but this a task of the study is established under the perception of potential problems that reform is a must to the standard of the area exclusive permit among others.
¡¤ Chapter I covered and discussed on the background of the study, its purpose, its research approaches and its prerequisite considerations.
