This is to look round at the current aspect and meaning of a mythic oral narrative with a sampling survey of Yang-ju area. The characteristics of mythic oral narrative existing in oral preforming field of Yang-ju area are as follows. 1)the weakness of ancient mythic narrative, 2)the dispute about the existing of the mysterious world surrounded the fairy tale, 3)the extinctive phenomenon between generations of the mythic discourse. Through these, we can find out that the myth of traditional meaning disappeared in oral preforming field and left the experience tale around the mysterious world in a dispute. In other words, the myth disappeared but the mythic phenomenon is existing. I think that this phenomenon is not limited in Yang-ju area. The continuance of mythic being and the extinctive phenomenon between generations of the myth are bringing the problem of a story education including a myth education.????
