The purpose of this study is to reconfirm a teaching method of Hangeul in
‘Hunminjeongeum’. Currently there are several teaching methods of Hangeul, but
we are still yet to beconvinced which one is best teaching method of Hangeul.
Because our children learn Hangeul very slowly, while foreigners learn Hangeul
very quickly.
We can find some principles in ‘Hunminjeongeum’
First, we need four elements(phonemes, graphemes, syllables and words)to
explain and teahing Hangeul.
Second, ‘Hunminjeongeum’ always give examples of words after explaining
four elements.
Third, they have connected every consonants and vowels with syllables.
These principles of explanations and examples are very useful in reconfirm a
teaching method of Hangeul.????
