2) 연구목적(연구문제)
본 연구는 1000시간 이상의 임상실습 후 간호학생이 지각하는 전공만족도, 전문직 자아개념의 수준을 파악하기 위해 시도되었으며, 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다.
(1) 대상자의 임상실습경험 유무왿 전공만족도의 상관관계를 파악한다.
(2) 대상자의 임상실습경험 유무왿 전문직 자아개념의 상관관계를 파악한다.
3) 가설
가설 1. 1000시간의 임상실습경험이 있는 간호댿학생이, 임상실습경험이 없는 간호댿학생보다 전공만족도가 높을 것이다.
가설 2. 1000시간의 임상실습경험이 있는 간호댿학생이, 임상실습경험이 없는 간호댿학생보다 전문직 자아개념 수준이 높을 것이다.
4) 용어정의
(1) 임상실습
- 이론적 정의
임상실습이란, 임상에서 행하는 교수ㆍ학습방법, 이론과 실천을 연결하는 방법으로, 즉 이론 강의를 바탕으로 구체적이고 실제적인 행동으로 옮기는 단계를 말한다(Sohn, Chung, Chung, Park, & Lee, 1997).
- 조작적 정의
간호교육 인증평가원의 인증항목 중 ‘임상실습교과목 운영 규정’에 따르면, 간호대학은 충분한 임상실습시간을 확보하고, 학습성과 달성에 적합한 임상현장에서 실습이 이루어져야 한다고 규정되어있다. 그리고 충분한 임상실습시간의 확보에 대한 기준은 1,000시간 이상(시뮬레이션 실습은 4학점 또는 12%를 초과할 수 없음)으로 규정되어있다(Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education, 2017). 그러므로 본 연구에서 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호댿학생은 1000시간 이상의 임상실습을 수료한 학생으로 정의하였고, 임상실습 경험이 없는 간호댿학생이란 임상실습이 전혀 없는 간호댿학생으로 정의하였다.
(2) 전공만족도
- 이론적 정의
전공만족도는 두 가지 측면에서 볼 수 있다. 하나는 감정적 측면이고 또 하나는 인지적 측면으로, 전자는 개인이 소속한 전공학과에 대하여 경험하는 다양한 감정의 즐거운 정도이고, 후자는 자신 또는 주위 사람들의 기대가 달성되었음을 지각하는 정도이다(Veenhoven, 1991).
