    In recent years, the university switching behavior of students is becoming an important theme under severe competition among universities. This study is examined structural relationships among studentโ€™s satisfaction of educational service, student commitment, university loyalty, and university switching intention. Data was collected from 750 student respondents using questionnaire method in Chungju area on May 2014. The hypotheses and path model were tested by structural equation modeling using AMOS.
    The results of this study were as follows: First, the student satisfaction of educational service being offered by university positively influenced student commitment and student loyalty. Second, student commitment positively effected on student loyalty. Third, student loyalty negatively influenced university switching intention. These results provide university officials with some implications that they should manage student satisfaction, student commitment, and student loyalty to prevent from university switching behavior.
