The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' interpersonal relationship on their psychological well-being. The subject of the study was 195 pre-service early childhood teachers. The collected data were analyzed through reliability analysis, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and regression. The results of this study were as follows: first, there were differences in pre-service early childhood teachers' psychological well-being according to the grade. Second, the pre-service early childhood teachers' psychological well-being was influenced by first relationship, displeasure claim, and interpersonal conflict management. The results of this study are expected to provide baseline data for establishing environments which increase pre-service early childhood teachers' psychological well-being.????
