This study analyzed the correlation between language anxiety and proficiency among Chinese Korean language learners. For this purpose, a total of 211 students were surveyed. and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0. It was found that, frist, Chinese Korean language leamers confirmed experiencing language anxiety due to fear of negative evaluations, and communication and test anxiety. Second, it was verified that the higher the level of speech anxiety, the lower the level of language. Third, considering demographic sociological factors, language anxiety according to sex, age, learning period, and the TOPIK grade was found to show significant differences. Fourth, it was confirmed that there were significant differences in anxiety about the negative evaluation of advanced and intermediate learners, and that were significant differences in test anxiety between beginners and intermediate learners. Finally, it was confirmed that the level of communication anxiety between beginner, intermediate, and advanced leamers was very similar.
