Seonwonrok(�vԴ�) was made in 1681(King Sukjong(�C��) 7 years in Choson Dynasty(���r)), and the genealogy describing the next generation of kings, the 9th generation in Jongsung(����) and 6th generaion in Yisung(����). In this article, I examined the range of documented people of Seonwonrok by analyzing the law of treatment of royal family. After analyzing the law, the range of people who were treated under the law was not as broad as the range of documented people of Seonwonrok, the 5th generation in Jongsung and 4th generation in Yisung. However the law was not fixed. Due to the law that cause inequality between, the range has been extended to the 6th generation, centered on Yisung. So the range of documented people of Seonwonrok was set to 6th generation. In the case of Jongsung, Surveys continued regardless of the law. It was based on the idea of keeping the king��s influence and status permanently even though time passed. In this context, the range of documented people of Seonwonrok was established as 9th and 6th according to the administrative needs of Sukjong period. In order to establish the range of the consideration of the equality of the treatment received by each subject and the permanent status of the ancestors, which is the unique feature of the royal genealogy, it can not be found in the general genealogy.
