    This paper aims to clarify the logic of ethics in Zh¨­uy¨¬. Specifically, the law of justice as ethics in Zh¨­uy¨¬ can be represented by 'sh¨¤n(ÉÆ)' which succeeded to the law of being. However, according to ontology in Zh¨­uy¨¬, everything experienced in the objective world are phenomena caused by the working of ¡®d¨¤o(µÀ)¡¯. And All these things include human and human behavior, too. Thus, here is the question of how the will of man to succeed to ¡®d¨¤o¡¯ is possible, of what it specifically succeeded to if it is possible, and of what kind of its characteristic makes the same several types of 'sh¨¤n' as what is specified. As a result of this, this paper answers these questions as follows. First, 'sh¨¤n' will is possible because humans can not know the future, so we can have both desire and will. When this desire is directed toward 'sh¨¤n', the will become 'sh¨¤n' will. However, In the end, since human deeds are also the phenomena caused by the working of 'd¨¤o¡¯, humans are forced to practice 'sh¨¤n' as a successor to 'd¨¤o¡¯. Next, what 'sh¨¤n' will succeeded is ¡®d¨¤o¡¯ itself, which has an immutable nature. Finally, the characteristic of ¡®d¨¤o¡¯ itself, which forms several types of 'sh¨¤n', is explained in its own form, divided into natural and prescribed characteristics. Also, this paper tried to solve the problem of determinism versus libertarianism, and absolutism versus relativism, which have been a long-standing issue in ethics in the philosophy.
