간접 경험 및 롤 모델이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Indirect Experiences and Role Models on Entrepreneurial Intentions)

본 연구는 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 어떤 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 창업의지에 미치는 영향요인으로 자아성취동기, 간접경험, 롤모델, 사업가에 대한 인식, 실패부담감을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 일반인을 대상으로 유효한 데이터 399개를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 통계분석에는 SPSS 25.0를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 자아성취동기, 간접경험, 롤모델, 사업가에 대한 인식, 실패부담감은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서도 자아성취동기가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며, 이론형 창업강좌, 창업특강, 부모나 지인들의 창업 유무 등 간접경험과 롤모델이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것을 실증적으로 분석하였다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect on entrepreneurial intention and empirically analyze which factors have the greatest influence. To this end, self-achievement motivation, indirect experience, role model, awareness of entrepreneurs, and fear of business failure were set as independent variables as factors influencing entrepreneurial intention. In order to empirically analyze this, 399 valid samples for the general public were analyzed. SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis. As a result of the empirical analysis of this study, self-achievement motivation, indirect experience, role model, awareness of entrepreneurs, and fear of business failure all had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study confirmed that self-achievement motivation had the greatest influence among the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention. It is significant in that indirect experiences and role models such as theoretical entrepreneurship lectures, special entrepreneurship lectures, and parents or acquaintances influence entrepreneurial intention.
From this study, a few main things can be summarized as follow.
First, there is a positively relative relationship between emotional labor and turn over intention also negatively relative relationship between flourishing and social support after study. Secondly, It is founded out there is a mediation effect of flourishing between emotional labor and turn over intention. Thirdly, Flourishing works as mediator and social support is works as a moderator fact on flourishing. Fourthly, social support effect works better when emotional labor lever is higher.
Based on this result, we provide some implications, advices and limitations for alleviating turn over coming from emotion labor level of duty free working clerks.
