??? ??? ??? ?????? ?? (The Political Development and the Reformism of Land System in the late Goryeo Dynasty)

This article analyzes the changes in the reformism of land system in the late Goryeo Dynasty. There are two phasis in development of reformism of land system and each phase defends on each political condition. In 1388, after the coup of General Lee, Seng-gye, a lot of officials who were neo-Confucianist argued that Goryeo's land system had to be returned to the primary one which only present offical had gotten the land. In order to go back the primary land system, they claimed to measure the land and give it the present officials. Different from the earlier studies, prime minister, Lee Sak(��w) agreed with their argument in the first phase.
The transition of the phase occurred in April, 1389 after Lee Sak returned from Ming(��). There was the heated discussion in the Goryeo's Royal Court and it was the point how to give the present officials the measured land. The officials like Lee Sak(��w) insist to obey the primary land system and give the officials the whole country's land. But the other like Cho Jun(�w��) argue the change of land system. He wanted to give the officials the Gyeonggi(����)'s land, near by the capital, Gyegeng(�_��).
In the article, I'd like to explain the reform of land and the timing, and examine its relation between the insistence on the reform of the land and the political development.
