    The objective of this article is to examine the effect of core self-evaluations on affective commitment through work-family enrichment(mediation effect) among domestic hotel employees. And the focal point is to investigate whether the indirect effect of core self-evaluations on affective commitment via work-family enrichment is dependent on the value of perceived organizational support using trait activation theory(moderated mediation effect). The results of this study utilizing PROCESS macro and Mplus are as follows:
    First, work-family enrichment mediated the relationship between core self-evaluations and affective commitment.
    Second, perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between core self-evaluations and work-family enrichment such that the relationship was stronger when perceived organizational support was low(moderating effect).
    Third, perceived organizational support moderated the indirect effect of core self-evaluations such that the indirect effect was stronger at lower levels of perceived organizational support.
    Results support trait activation theory, suggesting that high quality social exchange relationships weaken the positive effects of personality on affective commitment.
    Recruiting taking advantage of interview observations and aptitude tests can help hotel organizations identify the most suitable applicants who are high in core self-evaluations for frontline hotel employees.
