대학생 창업교육과 계획된 행동이론의 관계에 관한 연구: 무형식학습 경험의 조절효과 (A Study on the Relationship between Entrepreneurship Education for College Students and Theory of Planned Behavior: Moderating Effect of Informal Learning)

대학생들이 창업을 통해 일자리를 창출하기 위해서는 대학생들의 창업의도를 높이는 것이 중요하며, 창업의도는 계획된 행동이론을 기반으로 연구되고 있다. 창업교육의 효과를 높이고, 창업가를 양성하기 위해 현장 중심의 창업교육이 운영되고 있으며, 현장 중심의 교육을 학술적으로는 무형식학습으로 설명할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 수강한 대학생을 대상으로 창업교육과 계획된 행동이론의 관계에서 무형식학습 경험의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육은 창업에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 그리고 지각된 행동통제 및 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 창업에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 그리고 지각된 행동통제는 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 무형식학습 경험은 창업교육과 지각된 행동통제, 창업교육과 창업의도의 관계에서 조절역할을 하였다. 반면, 무형식학습 경험은 창업교육과 창업에 대한 태도, 창업교육과 주관적 규범의 관계에서는 조절효과를 나타내지 않았다. 시사점으로는 계획된 행동이론과 무형식학습 연구를 통해 창업분야 연구를 확장한 것과 현장 중심 무형식학습의 효과를 실증적으로 검증하였다는 것을 들 수 있다.

It is important to raise Entrepreneurial Intention of college students through entrepreneurship education, and Entrepreneurial Intention is researched based on the theory of planned behavior. In order to enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and to foster entrepreneurs, field-based entrepreneurship education is being operated, and field-oriented education can be described academically as informal learning. Thus, this study examined the moderating effects of informal learning in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and theory of planned behavior. The research results are as follows. First, entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on attitudes toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and Entrepreneurial Intention. Second, attitudes toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control had a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Intention. Third, informal learning had a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and perceived behavioral control, entrepreneurship education and Entrepreneurial Intention. On the other hand, informal learning did not moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and attitudes toward entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and subjective norms. Theoretical implication can be found in expanding entrepreneurship research through theory of planned behavior and informal learning. The practical implication is the empirical verification of the effects of field-oriented informal learning.
