In this paper, interview surveys were conducted on L and M who had experience of Japanese employment failure to analyze their Japanese employment experience stories, and the results were compared and considered with the case of K. As a result, in the case of L and M, work difficulties were the biggest cause of resignation, and in the case of K, it was found that interpersonal problems caused by friction with part-time employees were the biggest cause of resignation. Although the decisive reasons for the three people's suspension of employment in Japan were different, it was found that they suffered from negative views on Japanese corporate culture, uncertainty about work burden and future, communication problems, alienation, and lack of intimate interpersonal relationships. Recognizing these difficulties, in order to lead their career activities meaningfully, we tried to examine the implications necessary for students to grow into members of society who form career consciousness and design their lives.
