The war of Northern Wei Dynasty gaining the HuaiBei Region is different from other things, effortlessly reap the spoils of a contest fought by Liu Song Dynasty itself. Northern Wei Dynasty seize the opportunity to accept Liu Song’s Dynasty local official surrender. She dispatches armed forces attack and gains HuaiBei Region at A.D. 469. Since then, the reconstruction of HuaiBei Region became to important thing. This thesis aims to explain the contents of Northern Wei Dynasty gaining HuaiBei Region and the reconstruction of HuaiBei Region.????
