    In this study, we wanted to look at the status and change of the real estate market, to reflect on the real estate market's own and realistic responses and efforts to adapt to it, and then to look at the content and direction of the government's policies related to real estate. In addition, the Act on Promotion of Real Estate Service Industry was intended to present measures for the future of the real estate service industry through a new paradigm. The research method used existing literature research and Internet data, and wanted to analyze the current situation based on the collected data and find implications for the real estate market change through case studies.
    The reorganization into the real estate service industry is a demand of the times and a voluntary transformation of the market. The successful settling of this new paradigm entirely depends on the member's own correct orientation and willingness to succeed and practical efforts. But first of all, the government should create and implement sustainable policies that cater to the consciousness of the highly mature people and reflect various needs. The government's willingness to lead the future of the property service industry, which is facing a new paradigm, and the public's favorable response to it will serve as a foundation and asset for the sustainable development of the national economy. The correct policy making of the government should be preceded by regular feedback and consequent modifications and supplements, and research and development and adequate support should be continuously provided.
