This study investigated the differences in burnout syndrome and quality of life according to the level of physical activity among 145 office workers, and the following results were obtained. There were differences in the general health and environment categories, which are subcategories of quality of life. In case of gender difference, there was a difference in the total quality of life according to the level of physical activity, and there was a difference in the general quality of life and health, physical health and environment in men. As for the results according to whether or not to participate in vigorous physical activity, there was a significant difference in general health, which is a sub-item of quality of life, in the group participating in vigorous physical activity, and the 'high' physical activity level group was higher than the 'middle' group. For the group that did not participate in vigorous physical activity, the total quality of life and three subcategories of quality of life, physical health, social relationship, and environment, were all higher in the 'medium' group of physical activity than the 'low' group.
