산업보안 중요성에 대한 대학생의 인식태도 연구 (A Study on University Students' Recognition Attitude the Importance of Industrial Security)

본 연구는 현재 산업보안의 중요성에 대한 일반 국민들의 인식이 낮은 수준에 머물러 있으며, 특히 산업보안의 중요성에 대한 인식이 극히 저조하다는 것을 전제로 연구를 진행하였다.
본 연구의 목적이 대학생들의 산업보안에 대한 인식을 제고하는 방안임을 고려하여 우선 산업보안의 개념을 비롯하여 산업스파이, 산업기술유출 범죄 등에 대한 문헌연구왿� 함께 대학생 328명을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하여 분석 결과를 도출하였다.
이 같은 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 정책제언을 하고자 한다.
첫째, 산업보안의 중요성에 대한 정부차원의 적극적인 투자이다. 산업보안 인력의 증원과 예산의 증액이 선행될 경우 이는 결국 산업보안의 중요성으로 이어지는 연계효과를 발휘할 수 있기 때문이다.
둘째, 민·관·학 협조체제의 구축이다. 특히, 민간기업과 대학 등을 대상으로 산업보안의 중요성에 대한 각종 정보를 교환하여 각종 산업보안 사고에 적극적으로 대처해 나가야 한다.
셋째, 홍보활동의 강화이다. 산업보안 범죄는 국가안보왿� 경제질서를 해칠 수 있는 범죄이며 반드시 적발·처벌되는 중대한 범죄라는 사실을 인식시키기 위해서 정부기관에서는 민간기업과 대학 등 교육기관에 대한 홍보활동을 강화해야 한다넷째, 대학생들을 대상으로 산업보안의 중요성에 대한 인식을 강화해야 한다. 대학생들에게 생소하기만 한 산업보안 관련 내용을 주기적으로 홍보하고, 이왿� 더불어 경찰·경호학과가 설치된 대학에서는 우선적으로 이들 학과 학생들을 대상으로 산업보안 관련 교과목을 설치할 필요가 있다.

This study is based on the assumption that public awareness about the importance of industrial security is low level, especially the recognition of the importance of industrial security is extremely low.
Considering that the purpose of this study is to improve the perception of industrial security of university students, we first survey literature on industrial security, industrial spy, industrial technology leakage crime, etc. and survey 328 university students to derive the analysis results.
Based on the results of this study make policy suggestion as follow.
First, the government's active investment in the importance of industrial security. If the increase of industrial security manpower and the increase of budget are preceded, it can bring out the link effect that in the result leads to the importance of industrial security.
Second, the establishment of a civil, administrative and academic cooperation system. In particular, it is necessary to actively deal with various industrial security incidents by exchanging various information on the importance of industrial security to private enterprises and universities.
Third, the strengthened of public relations activities. To recognize that industrial security crime is a crime that can harm national security and economic order and is a serious crime to be caught and punished, government agencies should strengthen public relations activities for private enterprises and universities.
Fourth, should strengthen our awareness of the importance of industrial security for college students. It is necessary to periodically promoting industrial safety related contents that is unfamiliar to university students. In addition, it is necessary to install industrial security related subjects in these colleges and universities where police and security departments are installed.
