    [Purpose]This study aims to explore the relationships among learning agility, knowledge sharing, job crafting, and innovative behavior among employees in South Korea companies. Specifically, it seeks to verify the mediating effects and multiple mediation effect of knowledge sharing and job crafting on the relationship between learning agility and innovative behavior.
    [Methodology]The study collected survey data from employees working in various industries. 292 valid questionnaires were used as the final sample. To test the hypotheses, SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were utilized to examine the relationships between variables.
    [Findings]First, learning agility had a positive effect on innovative behavior. Second, knowledge sharing was found to mediate the relationship between learning agility and innovative behavior. Third, job crafting also mediated the relationship between learning agility and innovative behavior. Lastly, knowledge sharing and job crafting demonstrated multiple mediation effect on the relationship between learning agility and innovative behavior.
    [Implications]This study provides theoretical implications by empirically analyzing the process in which learning agility leads to innovative behavior through knowledge sharing and job crafting, thereby verifying the multiple mediation effect and expanding the research scope of learning agility. In terms of practical implications, it suggests the need for the introduction of educational programs to enhance employeesโ€™ learning agility and the creation of autonomous work environments to foster job crafting behavior.
