    The purpose of this study is to developing educational performance evaluation model for Forestry Technical Training Center(FTTC) using effectiveness and efficiency approach. To accomplish the purpose, recent status of FTTCโ€™s educational performance evaluation system was analyzed, and 9 preconditions were drawn from related previous studies to develop customized model for FTTC.
    In developing effectiveness evaluation model, evaluation items were constructed that focus on level of training courses based on Kirkpatrickโ€™s 4-level model, and it was designed to select one of three types of model which have three levels of difficulty for securing possibility of implementing educational performance evaluation of FTTC. In developing efficiency evaluation model, eight efficiency indicators were developed which based on analysis of related previous study considering stakeholdersโ€™ opinion.
    Based on findings of the study, it seems that it has laid the foundation that FTTC could be developed continuously, and moreover, it is expected to provide some recommendations of developing education performance evaluation model for training and development center of firms, government ministry and local government.
