입��짿�수왿� 포아송 회귀모형을 활용한 사회적기업의 입��분포 특성 -충청남도를 사례로- (The Locational Distribution Characteristics of Social Enterprise by Using Location Quotient and Poisson Regression Model - A Case Study of Chungcheongnam-do -)

본 연구는 충청남도 사회적기업을 대상으로 입��짿�수 분석과 포아송 회귀모형을 적용하여 입��분포 특성을분석하였다. 연구결과, 충남의 사회적기업은 절반 이상이 북부권에 분포하였고, ‘시’지역이 ‘군’지역에 비해 상대적으로 많은 사회적기업이 분포하였다. 또한 사회적 목적 실현유형 중에서 ‘일자리 제공형’이 우세하게 분포하는 것으로나타났다. 입��짿�수 산출 결과, 아산시는 지역주민의 편의 제공을 목적으로 입지하였고, 공주시는 관광서비스 제공과취약계층의 사회서비스 제공을 목적으로 분포하였다. 이밖에 논산시는 1차산업과 전통문화산업을 기반으로 일자리왿�사회서비스 제공을 목적으로 입지하였다. 포아송 회귀분석 결과, 사회적기업 분포에 영향을 미치는 요인은 생산가능인구 수, 비생산가능인구 수, 유사업종 기업체 수, 금융기관 수, 학껓 수가 통계적으로 유의하게 부(-)의 상관관계가나타났다. 즉, 생산가능인구 수왿� 비생산가능인구 수는 각 시⋅군의 인구구조왿� 사회적기업의 목적에 따라 사회적기업 입지에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 또한 유사업종 기업체 수는 사회적기업이 집적 경제 효과에 영향을 받지 않고 독립적인 기업의 형태로 성장하는 것을 의미하며, 충남의 사회적기업 간의 네트워크 구축은 상대적으로 미비한 것으로 판단된다. 마지막으로 학껓 수를 바탕으로 사회적기업이 입지하는 지역은 소득수준이 낮고 정주환경의 쾌적성이 다소 떨어지는 낙후된 지역일 것으로 판단하였다.

This study analyzed the characteristics of locational distribution by applying location quotients and poisson regression models to social enterprises in Chungcheongnam-do. The analysing result showed that more than half of the social enterprises in Chungcheongnam-do are located in the northern region, and a relatively larger number of social enterprises are distributed in ‘city’ than in ‘county’ classifications. It was also found that ‘job-providing type’ is dominant among the various types of social purpose realization. The results of location quotient calculations, Asan-si is located for the convenience of local residents, whereas Gongju-si is arranged with the purpose of providing tourist services and supplying social services to vulnerable populations. Furthermore, Nonsan city is located for the purpose of providing jobs and social services based on both the primary industry and traditional culture industry. According to the results of the poisson regression analysis, the major factors which are affecting the distribution of social enterprises include the number of productive populations, the number of non-productive populations, the number of enterprises with similar types of industry, the number of financial institutions and the number of schools. With these, there is a statistically significant negative (-) correlation.
Therefore, the number of productive and non-productive populations have a negative impact on the location of social enterprises depending on the population structures of each city and county as well as the purposes of the social enterprises. In addition, the number of enterprise with similar types of industry suggests that social enterprises are growing in the form of an independent enterprises without being influenced by the accumulation economic effects and the conditions for the construction of networks among social enterprises in Chungcheongnam-do are relatively insufficient. Finally, the region in which social enterprises are located based on the number of schools is likely to be a depressed area where the income level is low, and the comfort of the settlement environment is also somewhat lower.
