    In December 2006, <Time> magazine of the United States selected 'you' for the person of the year, 2006' and announced 'ordinary you' who boosting influence in the area of media blog or media 'as a man of the year'. It shows the UCC rising a influence media. The advanced Internet environment make users unilaterally using the content stand in the position of active producers.
    This manuscript includes a concept of UCC and its characteristics. In general, the video UCC, as it is called, reminds us what is using the images and the video sources which are created by users themselves using those media such as digital camcorders or digital cameras, photo images or video. The video UCC which is designed in this paper is considered as what is User's recreated-contents. Releasing contents using other's production is against a copyright law. Therefore, key information about a copyright law and legal way to make the video UCC are explained in this manuscript.
    To make the video UCC, skill to deal with related software and support of hardware for photographing and editing are needed. There are two ways to overcome these difficulties. Firstly, I made a teacher's own video UCC for education. Second, I, as a teacher, let students make story -boards of the scenario and edited them.
    The class using video UCC enabled students to be interested in the Sino- Korean poetry learning, and within a short time, people, history, ideology, in other words, the learners could get the background know -ledge covering literature, history, philosophy. Trying making 'Sino- Korean poetry video UCC scenarios' was not the superficial, simple knowledge acquisition of Sino- Korean poetry, but could recreate by being video, and internalize the author's poetic emotions by a learner himself. Therefore, this learning could help develop the creativity, the emotion cultivation of the students.
    Through this research, I would like to propose a few things. First, most teachers should not be afraid to change their own media, have the active attitude. Second, a legal and institutional provision which enables learner to create freely their projects without the conflict of the copyright problem should be made. Third, it is necessary that the government have positive interesting and support to make the open sources which are free from the conflict of the copyright problem database, such as sound, photographic images or video clips. Fourth, a moduled-video editing tool by which people can edit easily video clips-open source that is required for the classes should be developed. Fifth, also for the development of e-textbooks in the future, we should keep in mind the changes in these media, and then the research should be conducted. Sixth, to be used effectively in the field of the professor-learning, the research and development of the professor-learning strategies should be continued.
