다이버용 압축공기 실시간 분석시스템 제품개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Real-Time Analysis System Product for Compressed Air for Divers)

본 연구는 우리나라 경제성장과 더불어 수중레포츠인구 증가왿� 그에 따른 부작용으로서 공기통 부식에 의한 스쿠버다이버사고를 사전에 방지하기 위한 압축공기 실시간 분석시스템개발 및 그 제품에 적합한 디자인개발에 관한 연구이다. 제품개발에는 제품개발 및 운영주체가 되는 디자인전문회사(벤처기업) A업체왿� 마케팅과 제품 상용화 시 판매를 담당하게 될 B 엔지니어링 그리고 제품 기구설계 및 소프트웨어(이하 : S/W)왿� 하드웨어(이하 : H/W)를 설계할 C업체가 참여하였다. 3 개회사는 본격적인 제품 상용화 전에 있어서 샘플용 압축공기 분석시스템기기의 기구설계 그리고 S/W왿� H/W 개발도 진행하였다. 그리고 개발된 샘플용 분석시스템기기를 가지고 11명의 다이버들에게 인터뷰를 100명의 다이버들에게 설문조사를 실시하여 상용화제품에 적용할 구체적이고 실제적 기능들과 제품디자인에 필요한 기능들에 대해서 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. 그 결과 설치형과 휴대용에 있어서 기능적이고 기술적인 부분에서 밝혀진 내용을 종합적으로 정리하면 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있겠다. 첫 번째 정밀한 센서가 필요한 기능적 요구가 많았다. 두 번째 센서왿� 같은 전자기술이 아닌 아날로그적기술이 필요한 요구사항도 있었다. 세 번째는 S/W왿� H/W 기술에 관련된 기능이다. 네 번째는 터치스크린 LCD판의 크기왿� UI/UX에 관련된 요구사항이 있었다. 네 번째는 사람이 직접 해결해야 하는 인적 기능이다. 다섯 번째는 압축공기 분석장치가 설치되는 곳에 대한 위험요소가 제거되길 바라는 환경적인 요인으로 조사 되었다. 다음으로 설치용과 휴대용제품을개발하면서 함께 제품디자인도 개발 해야하기 때문에 설치용과 휴대용에 있어서 필요한 디자인적 요소를 인터뷰왿� 설문을통해 정보를 수집하였다. 그러나 설치용에 관련한 디자인적 요소는 인터뷰에 응한 사용자들이 한 번도 접해본 적인 없는제품이기 때문에 제품의 형태나 Color 그리고 UI/UX에 관련된 내용은 없고 위험한 환경적 요인에 있어서 노출되는 위험인자들을 제거하길 바라는 내용들이 많았다. 마지막으로 휴대용 기기에 대한 디자인 요구사항은 스마트폰과의 연동작용이되어야하고 심플하고 아웃도어형의 세련된 튼튼한 디자인 그리고 작동이 쉬워야 하며 방수기능 및 다이빙시 휴대성에 대한내용으로 분석 되었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a compressed air real-time analysis system and design suitable for the product to prevent scuba-diver accidents caused by air tank corrosion due to a side effect of the increase in the population of underwater sports along with the economic growth of Korea. Participators in the product development were the design-specialized company A (venture company), which is the main party of product development and operation, B engineering, which will be in charge of marketing and sales when commercializing the product, and company C that is responsible for product mechanism design and software ("S/W") and hardware ("H/W"). Before the commercialization of the product in earnest, the three companies also carried out the mechanical design of the compressed air analysis system for samples as well as the development of S/W and H/W. And with the developed samples of the analysis system device, 11 divers were interviewed and 100 divers were surveyed to obtain information about specific and practical functions to be applied to commercial products and functions necessary for product design. As a result, the contents revealed in the functional and technical aspects of installation type and portable type, as revealed, can be summarized as follows. First, there were many functional requirements for a precise sensor. There were also requirements for analog technology rather than electronic technology such as the second sensor. Third, there were requirements for functions related to S/W and H/W technology. Fourth, there were requirements related to the size of the touch screen LCD panel and UI/UX. This is a human function that people must solve by themselves. Fifth, there were requirements for an environmental factor wishing to remove the risk factor for the place where the compressed air analysis device is installed.
Next, the product design has to be developed along with the development of installation-type and portable products.
Thus, information on design elements necessary for installation and portability was collected through interviews and questionnaires. However, for the design elements related to the installation type, the interviewed users had never seen the type before so there was no comment on the product shape, color, and UI/UX, but they just wished that risk factors exposed to dangerous environmental factors should be removed. Finally, the design requirements for the portable device indicated that the product should be operated in linkage with smartphones, and that it should have a simple, outdoor-type, stylish and sturdy design, and should be easy to operate, waterproof and portable during diving.
