댿�학생의 내면화된 수치심과 댿�인관계에서 거부민감성의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Rejection Sensitivity in College Student's Internalized Shame and Interpersonal Relationships)

본 연구는 댿�학생의 내면화된 수치심과 댿�인관계에서 거부민감성의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 대상은 수도권 일부 지역을 비롯한 댿�학생 603명이며, 연구 분석방법은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하고자 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro를 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 댿�학생의 내면화된 수치심 수준이 높을수록 댿�인관계 능력이 낮아짐을 확인하였다. 둘째, 내면회된 수치심 수준이 높을수록 거부민감성 수준이 높아짐을 확인하였다. 셋째, 거부민감성 수준이 높을수록 댿�인관계 능력이 낮아짐을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 댿�학생의 내면화된 수치심은 거부민감성을 매개로 댿�인관계에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으며, 이는 댿�학생의 내면화된 수치심 수준이 높을수록 거부민감성 수준의 수준이 높아져서 댿�인관계 능력이 낮아짐을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 댿�학생 시기 주요한 발달과업인 댿�인관계 영역의 중요성을 강조하고, 댿�학생의 심리·정서적 어려움을 해결하기 위한 상담 및 학껓생활 실천현장에서 이론적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있음을 논의하였다.

This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity in internalized shame and interpersonal relationships among college students. The subject of the study was 603 adolescent college students, including some areas in the metropolitan area, and Hayes (2013)'s PROCESS macro was conducted to verify the mediating effect using the SPSS 25.0 program as a research analysis method. The main results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the higher the level of internalized shame of college students, the lower their interpersonal ability. Second, it was confirmed that the higher the level of shame that was interviewed, the higher the level of sensitivity to rejection. Third, it was confirmed that the higher the level of rejection sensitivity, the lower the interpersonal ability. Finally, it was confirmed that the internalized shame of college students influenced interpersonal relations through the medium of rejection sensitivity, which means that the higher the level of internalized shame of adolescents, the higher the level of rejection sensitivity and the lower interpersonal ability. Based on these findings, it emphasized the importance of intimacy and interpersonal relations, which are major development tasks in college students, and discussed that it can be used as a theoretical basic data in the field of practice for counseling and school life to solve the psychological and emotional difficulties of adolescents.
