    The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationship among interpersonal relationships, academic self-efficacy, self-leadership, and flourishing among university students. In particular, the mediating effects of academic self-efficacy and self-leadership in the relationship between interpersonal relationships and flourishing were verified. The subjects of this study were 249 university students from a university in Seoul, and the structural equation model was applied to derive the research results. According to the results of the study, students' interpersonal relationship formation had a positive effect on academic self-efficacy, self-leadership, and flourishing, respectively. Students' positive interpersonal relationship formation improved academic self-efficacy and self-leadership, and through this, had a positive effect on students' flourishing. The results of this study suggest that positive interpersonal relationship formation, academic self-efficacy, and self-leadership can be important psychological factors in students' happiness index, flourishing. In addition, various suggestions were made for university support systems and policies that can positively affect university students' flourishing.
