The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of feedback students receive and satisfaction that they feel in the process of writing class conducted in cyber-campus since the outbreak of Covid-19. For this study, 116 students participated in, and were divided into two groups; instructor review group, and peer review group. And questionnaire with 27 items was employed. According to the results of study, in logical coherence, feedback specificity, negative, and group feedback, instructor¡¯s review group recognized that they are useful for improving their English writing. On the other hand, in individual feedback, contents, mechanics, connection of sentences, and frequency of feedback, peer review group recognized that they were useful for improving their English writing. And peer review group showed their opinion that opportunity of giving and receiving feedback after reading the other student¡¯s writing sample influences positive effects on improving their writing samples as well as on their satisfaction with the English writing process. The results of this study will be useful for instructors planning the instructional design of cybercampus-based online English writing classes.
