디자인씽킹 기반의 인공지능비서서비스 UX디자인 연구 -디자인주도 다학제 교육과정 기술공감 프로젝트를 중심으로- (A Study on the UX Design of Artificial Intelligence Secretary Based on Design Thinking -Focused on the Design-led Multidisciplinary Curriculum Technology Sympathy Project-)

한국 디자인 진흥원은 2020년 4월 디자인 주도 다학제 교육과정 지원 사업을 공고하였으며 이에 한양대학껓 디자인대학은 한국 디자인 진흥원의 지원 사업에 참여함에 따라 디자인 주도 다학제 교육과정을참여하였다.
기술이 발달되고 학문의 융합이 이루어지는 시점에서 다양한 전공과 더불어 디자인 주도 다학제 교육과정은 앞으로 더욱 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 특히, 4차산업혁명의 시대에는 기술이 주도가 뚜렷하게 나타나고 있기 때문에 인공지능과 빅 데이터왿� 같은 기반을활용하는 디자인 분야의 연구는 시급한 실정이다. 본연구는 디자인 주도 다학제 교육과정의 18명의 학생들이 인공지능 비서서비스 UX디자인 연구에 참가하여 기술 공감 프로젝트를 시작하게 되었으며 인공지능 비서서비스 UX디자인의 특성을 통한 디자인 개발방향성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다.
인공지능 비서서비스 UX디자인 연구는 디자인주도다학제에 선발된 18명 학생들이 2020년 7월23일～8월30 일의 5주의 방학 기간 동안 이루어진 프로젝트이며, 참여한 학생들은 디자인분야 전공학생(12명)과 경제⋅경영학 전공학생(3명)과 소프트웨어 전공학생(2명)이며 4개의 팀(SNUG,We’re,조화:해요, PutPut)으로 각 각의 전공이 융합된 팀으로 구성하였다. 본 논��의 연구방법으로는 문헌조사를 통해 인공지능의 정의, 인공지능 비서서비스에 대한 개념, 국내⋅해외의 인공지능 비서서비스의사례에 대하여 분류왿� 분석을 하였으며 3가지의 시대적배경 예시를 통하여 본질적인 주제의 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 디자인 연구 개발의 방향으로는 디자인씽킹의 공감을 통한 타깃을 선정하고 문제정의에서는 디자인 컨셉을 도출하여 디자인 결과로는 인공지능 비서서비스의UX디자인을 프로토타입으로 제시하였다.
인공지능 비서서비스 UX디자인으로 첫 번째 팀 SNUG 은 현대인의 요구를 반영한 인공지능과 패션의 인공지능 Smarcle, 두 번째 팀 We’re는 현실적으로 경제관리가 어려운 대상자들에게 관리 도움을 받을 수 있는 인공지능 BeGIN Up, 세 번째 팀 조화:해요는 감정노동자들의 위로왿� 고객응대의 효율성을 높여줄 수있는 인공지능 Smile, 네 번째 팀 PutPut은 일정관리가 필요한 중학생⋅고등학생들에게 개인의 학습현황을 고려하여 최적화 된 플랜을 추천하는 기능과 앞으로의 맞춤 일정관리를 해주는 인공지능 1370으로 총4가지의 기술공감 프로젝트의 디자인으로 개발되었다.
개발 기간이 총 5주로 비대면 상황에서 짧은 시간 동안 개발되었다는 것에 한계가 있지만 언택트시대에타전공의 학생들이 자기주도적 협업과 소통으로 기술공감의 인공지능 비서서비스 디자인을 개발하였다는것에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

In April 2020, the Korea Design Promotion Institute announced a project to support design-led multidisciplinary curriculum, and Hanyang University’s College of Design participated in the design-led multi-disciplinary curriculum as it participated in the support project of the Korea Design Promotion Institute.
With the development of technology and the convergence of learning, design-driven multi-disciplinary courses, along with various majors, are expected to be more necessary in the future. Especially in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, research in the field of design, which utilizes bases such as artificial intelligence and big data, is urgent because technology is clearly leading. This study is aimed at presenting the direction of design development through the characteristics of the artificial intelligence secretary service UX design, with 18 students from the design-led multidisciplinary curriculum participating in the research of the artificial intelligence secretary service UX design.
The research on UX design, an artificial intelligence secretary service, was conducted during the five-week vacation period from July 23 to August 30, 2020, with 18 students selected for the design-driven multidisciplinary program, 12 students majoring in design, 3 students majoring in economics and management, and 2 students majoring in software, and 4 teams (SNUG, We’re’re, Harmony, PutPut) were integrated into each team. As a method of research in this paper, we classified and analyzed the definition of artificial intelligence, the concept of artificial intelligence secretarial services, and the examples of artificial intelligence secretarial services in Korea and abroad, and tried to help understand the essential topics through three examples of the times. In the direction of design research and development, the target was selected through empathy of design thinking, and the problem definition derived design concept and the UX design of artificial intelligence secretary service was presented as a prototype as a prototype was presented.
The first team SNUG is UX Design, an artificial intelligence service that reflects the needs of modern people, while the second team We’re is artificial intelligence BeGIN Up, which can be managed by subjects who are difficult to manage the economy, and the third team harmony:Haea is artificial intelligence Smile, which can enhance the comfort of emotional workers and the efficiency of customer response, and the fourth team PutPututtut is an individual high school student who needs to be optimized. Although there is a limit to the fact that the development period was five weeks in total, it was developed for a short period of time in non-face-to-face situations, it is meaningful in this study that students of other majors developed the design of artificial intelligence secretarial services of the technical consensus through self-directed collaboration and communication in the Untact era.
