영유아교육기관의 가정연계 디지털 운영관리 인터페이스 모형개발 (Development of a digital operations management interface model for partnership between early childhood educational organizations and families)

본 연구는 영유아교육기관과 가정 간 연계를 위한 운영관리방안을 모색하기 위해 학부모의 영유아교육기관 운영관리에 대한 인식과 매체 사용실태를 분석하고 문제점을 파악하였으며, 효율적인 연계를 위한 디지털 운영관리 인터페이스 모형을 개발하여 영유아교육기관 운영관리의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 요소분석을 하였으며, 빅데이터를 통한 키워드 분석과 네트워크 분석을 하여 영유아교육기관 운영관리에 대한 사회적 인식 및 현황을 파악하였다. 또한 영유아교육기관의 학부모왿� 교사를 대상으로 학부모 설문분석과 교사 심층 인터뷰를 실시·분석하였고, 영유아교육기관과 가정 간 연계에 대한 현황과 모형적용의 개선점을 사용자중심관점과 관계중심수용모형 관점으로 파악하였으며, 이를 통해 영유아교육기관과 가정 간의 효율적인 의사소통을 위한 운영관리 인터페이스 모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 최종적으로 개발된 영유아교육기관 디지털 운영관리 인터페이스 모형은 현장의 디지털 운영관리를 위한 기초자료왿� 방안으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze parents' perceptions of early childhood educational organizations in their operation and management and the actual usage of media and identify problems to seek operation and management plans to promote partnership between early childhood educational organizations and families. The study also aims to develop a digital operations management interface model for efficient partnership, and provide basic data on the operation and management of early childhood educational organizations. For this, the investigator conducted element analysis of previous studies and figured out social perceptions and current states of early childhood educational organizations in their operation and management through keyword and network analysis based on Big Data. In addition, parents and teachers from early childhood educational organizations participated in surveys and in-depth interviews which were instantaneously analyzed, the current state of partnership between early childhood educational organizations and families and improvement measures for the application of a model were understood from both user-centric and relation-centric acceptance model perspectives. Based on the results, an operations management interface model was developed for efficient communication between early childhood educational organizations and families. The final version of the digital operations management interface model for early childhood educational organizations developed in this study is expected to provide basic data and usable plans for digital operations management in the field.
