This study is aiming at analysing the Educational Reformation Plan in {Gyeong Se Yu Pyo(½›ÊÀßz±í)}. The results are as follows. First the plan suggests a dual educational system. The one is the royal academy(Guk Ja Gam, ‡ø×Ó±O) and the other is the people¡¯s educational system(ÈfÃñ”œÓýówÖÆ). Second the plan contains the reformation ideas of the selection system. The ideas can be divided into two categories. The one is the selectional procedure and the other is the examination subjects. Third the models of the plan are the ancient ideal of Ju Lie(ÖܶY) and the Chinese educational system. And the directing points of the plan are the elite educational system, the stratified merit system and the capital area centered system.????
