국어과 예비 교사의 지도안 작성과 수업 시연에 드러난 문제 양상 고찰 - 지도안과 시연에 대한 상호 및 자기 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study of Problematic Aspects of Teaching Plan and Microteaching for Pre-service Teachers in Korean Language Classes - Focused on Mutual and Self Assessment for Teaching Plan and Microteaching -)

The paper has investigated problems and difficulties of teaching plan and microteaching for pre-service teachers in korean language classes. Debate, mutual assessment and self assessment were applied to teaching plan and microteaching. Finally they were reconstructed with self teaching analysis reports.
The main aspects of a problem or difficulty were given the application of teaching model, teaching goals, the activities of the learner-centered configuration. Successful learners received good reviews in the consistency of the seamless deployment class or classes deployment. In addition, poor learners revealed the weakness in the lack of understanding of the lesson, and one-way teacher led lessons.
The argument is meaningful in that pre-service teachers in korean language classes are reflective for teaching plan and microteaching. But the deeper study about the development of teaching practice has not accomplished, and it was not limited in for pre-service teachers in Korean language classes.
