The purpose of this study is to describe the system of An Hwak(1886-1946)'s book Jungdeung Gyoyuk Daehan Munbeop(1910) and to introduce this book for the first time in the academic world of Korea. This book is composed of a preface, a general theory of Korean grammar, a theory of part of speech and a theory of sentence and text. In the first part, he described phonemes, letters, phonological phenomena and so on. In the second part, he described nouns, pronouns, verbs, auxiliary verbs, adjectives, conjunctions, adverbs and exclamations. In the third part, he described units of sentence and text, sentence components, text types and so on. In addition to this, I compare this book with his later book Joseon Munbeop(1917) and Daehan Munjeon(1909) written by Yu Giljun.????
