    This study was conducted to collect and analyze best practices in online classes that were fully introduced in the COVID-19 situation and to derive common elements of these classes and measures to increase the effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes in the future. Best practices were divided into four areas: online teaching method, online interaction, learning motivation, and performance, and their characteristics were reviewed by dividing the characteristics of each area by major category to examine differences and commonalities. As a result of the analysis, Online interaction was found to be widely used in the order of LMS utilization, SNS utilization, online group activities, real-time discussion, and educational app and collaboration tool utilization. In Learning motivation, participation-inducing learning activities, continuous monitoring and feedback of instructors, the use of various contents related to lectures, and detailed learning activities were used in the order. Factors commonly evaluated as important in best practices were 1) Online lectures to secure learners' understanding 2) Production of realistic lecture contents 3) Interaction in active online situations 4) Use of various edutech 5) Continuous monitoring and reinforcement of feedback on online learning management systems (LMS). This point was found to suggest an important direction for future online class improvement.
