¢ñ. Interview & Visa Process

1. Interview with iSTEP
: Resume, Passport, 2 Sealed transcripts, Original diploma, 6 passport photos, Criminal Background Check with Apostille, Medical Test, Other certificates like TEFL, TESOL, CELTA etc.

2. Interview with a Principal of School
; required to be formally dressed for the first meeting with a principal

3. Prepare documents for E-2 Visa application
: Resume, Passport, 2 Sealed transcripts, Original diploma, 6 passport photos, Criminal Background Check with Apostille, Medical Test, Other certificates like TEFL, TESOL, CELTA etc. (Applicants are responsible for preparing the whole required documents.)

4. Apply for E-2 Visa at Immigration Office
: It normally takes 2 weeks to get Confirm No.

5. E-2 Visa Approval No.

6. Medical Test at Public Health Center
; It¡¯s possible to get it at a General hospital which is including drug and HIV test. Get the receipt from the hospital after test for the reimbursement. It¡¯s going to be reimbursed in the first paycheck.

7. Visa Run to Japan
: iSTEP provides a trip cost such as airfare, hotel, 100,000 won reimbursement etc.
