Suffering`s Origin is desire or craving.
Desire for meeting our expectations.
It includes not only desire for, and attachment to, sense-pleasure, wealth and power, but also desire for, and attachment to, ideas and ideals, views, opinion, theories, and beliefs.
Ex)She has a thirst to bring back her son.
Third Noble Truth: Nibbana
Cessation of Suffering
If our attachment to desire ends, the suffering will disappear.
If we change our perception and reduce our attachment to desire, suffering will also reduce.
This is an understanding of the nature of life and to controlling those desire which come from that lack of understanding.
The only thing we can do is to see the suffering, to realized it. Solution is get rid of desire.????
