You know they didn't see the clip, they just saw the headline," Sajak saidSajak had fun with it, but said people are watching for the game, not to see how clever he can be."If there's a challenge of doing a show for a long time, it's treating each show as a special entity and not saying, 'Oh, yawn, here I am in my 6,500th show.' Because for those three people, that's their one and only moment in the sun and they deserve better than that, and the people who pay me do, and the audience watching does," Sajak said.Sajak seemed upset that his joke in Hawaii was misconstrued.
