Shots were fired late Tuesday morning around businesses in downtown New Albany, and now police are looking for whoever is responsible.New Albany police said they were called around 11 a.m. to Bank Street. They said "a number of" shots were fired from a parked SUV toward Underground Station, a dining and shopping courtyard.Witnesses told police the small, black SUV fled immediately afterward.The vehicle had its driver's side rear wind window shot out, police said. They said anyone involved should be considered armed and dangerous. The only injury reported was a foot injury to a woman in a nearby barbershop.
