Police have charged two men in connection to the case of missing Bardstown mother Crystal Rogers.Vincent Nethery and Donald Howard are both charged with falsely reporting an incident.According to the sheriff's office, both men admitted they lied when they implicated Danny Singleton.Singleton is charged with 38 counts of perjury and was scheduled to be in court Thursday morning.He's a long-time employee and friend of Brooks Houck, who's been named a suspect in Rogers' disappearance.
