A man charged with perjury in relation to the disappearance of Nelson County mother Crystal Rogers will face a judge Thursday morning.Danny Singleton was arrested last month at his Bardstown home and is facing 38 charges.Police said Singleton lied to investigators while under oath.Singleton is a long-time employee and friend of Brooks Houck, who's been named a suspect in Rogers' disappearance.
