A judge has reduced the bond for a man charged with perjury in relation to the disappearance of a Nelson County mother.Crystal Rogers was last seen in July.Danny Singleton is accused of lying to a grand jury while under oath.He faces 38 counts of perjury.His bond was reduced from $200,000 to $100,000.Singleton is a long-time employee and friend of Brooks Houck.Houch is Crystal Rogers' ex and has been named as a suspect in her disappearance.
